You subscribe to podcasts just like a magazine or newspaper, and it's getting easier and easier to find your favorite podcasts these days. Please see below for help with the platform or device you are using.

You can find and listen to podcasts with Google Podcasts.

Find your subscriptions at the top left on Google Podcasts. To unsubscribe from a podcast, open it and tap Subscribed.

Android Tip: To get the latest Podcasts features, update the Google app.

On your Android phone or tablet, you can:

• Download the Google Podcasts app.
• Ask your Google Assistant to play a specific podcast.
• Search for a podcast in your Google app or on google.com.

When you follow a podcast, new episodes automatically download to your device. You can also get notified when new episodes are released.

1. Open the Podcasts app.
2. Browse or search for a show. Need help finding the shows that you like?
3. Tap the show to see its information page.
4. Tap the Follow button.

To find the podcasts that you follow or the ones that you've manually added through a URL, go to the Library tab. Then tap Shows and tap Followed.

Podcasts are audio shows that you can stream and play on your Mac. You can listen to individual episodes, or you can follow a show so that new episodes are automatically downloaded to your library as they become available.

Your podcasts information—episodes you saved, shows you follow, your channel subscriptions, your stations, and current play position—sync to the Podcasts app on all your devices when you sign in with the same Apple ID. See Listen to podcasts on all your devices.

Play podcasts using common commands like "Play," "Pause," and "Resume."

Note: Podcasts only play on supported Echo devices and supported podcast providers.

Ask Alexa to play podcasts using the following voice commands:

• "Play the podcast [podcast name]."
• "Play the podcast [podcast name] from [podcast service name]."
• "Pause."
• "Resume."
• "Next/previous (episode)."
• "Fast forward/rewind [x minutes]."
  • "Fast Forward 5 minutes."/"Rewind 8 minutes."
• "Restart."
